Shipping

Standard courier shipping is free of charge.

Insured courier shipping is at the buyer's expense (€20, for orders up to a maximum value of €3,000), so the buyer must choose the most suitable method. Because the buyer may choose between insured shipping or standard courier, the shop accepts no liability if the parcel is lost when insurance has not been selected.

Shipments will be made via SDA or Poste Italiane within a maximum of 7 working days, except for delays caused by the couriers themselves.

Some items, being made to order, will be shipped within 15 working days (if the item you purchased falls into this category, it will be stated in the product description).

Right of withdrawal

Under Article 5 of Italian Legislative Decree 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person purchasing goods for purposes unrelated to their professional activity, and does not place the order indicating a VAT number on the Griffe & The City order form), they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, providing an explanation for the return. To exercise this right, the customer must send Griffe & The City notice to that effect within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Such notice may be sent only by registered letter with advice of delivery, addressed to:

Once we receive the withdrawal notice, the shop will promptly inform the Customer of the instructions for returning the goods. As the only expense in this case, the customer must bear the cost of returning the goods to Griffe & The City. The goods must be returned or shipped within 48 hours of receipt of the registered letter, intact and in the original packaging, complete in all its parts and without any damage, providing the parcel tracking number. The courier's postmark shall be conclusive. Where goods have protective films and packaging, they must be returned without having been tampered with. On arrival at our warehouse, the goods will be inspected and, in the event of damage or tampering, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised.

Without prejudice to any restoration charges for ascertained damage to the goods, the shop will issue the Customer a store credit for the total amount, excluding shipping costs incurred, valid for use in the shop.
